Bruce and Ginger started a game of King of Tokyo at Evan’s classrooms while waiting for others to get there. It was a quick game to pass the time, and Bruce got his 3rd win of the day with 11 points to 3.
Another big 6 player game of Bohnanza. Ginger won at 14 points, followed by Bruce, Aaren, and Halen with a 3 way tie at 12. Justyna got 11, and Katie left before the game finished so only got 9 points. The picture was actually from our dinner break, but the cards were still on the table and pizza nearly finished.
Bruce knows this game very well. He won handily. This time with 6 players and 14 points. Katie took second with 12, than Ginger with 10, Justyna and Mark with 9, and Jeremy with 8.
A game for 3-7 players with trading and bean planting. You must plant the first bean in your hand and can’t skip over it. You only have 2 fields to plant and many varieties of beans are available. How can you get the beans you want? Only by trading with other players. Of course, some beans are more valuable than others, and more of the same bean is always better. Choices need to be made quickly before someone else makes a trade you want.
This very close game was played on March 12, 2016. There was a tie for the most points between Aaren and Halen. In the case of a tie, the win goes to the person who has more cards in hand at the end, so Aaren was the winner. The players were Halen and Aaren with 9, Evan, Justin, and Bruce with 8, and Katie and Ginger with 7. Closest I game I have seen. Still no game pictures.
